Rawā is a storytelling-driven jewelry and accessories boutique rooted in Middle Eastern culture and craftsmanship. Every piece sold on rawaboutique.com is described, priced, and presented in good faith; however, as handcrafted items, slight variations in color, texture, or finish between pieces are normal and are not considered defects.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Orders
Orders may be placed directly through rawaboutique.com, via direct message on our official Instagram account, or via WhatsApp at +971 50 704 7137. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation of the details, including items ordered, price, and delivery information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on rawaboutique.com are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of any taxes required by UAE law unless stated otherwise. We accept secure online payment by card and cash on delivery (COD), where available.
